Located on the Pinares Plateau in Mayarí within the Sierra de Nipe and more than 700 meters above sea level. With regard to its flora, it is one of the most interesting regions in Cuba thanks to the richness of its endemic species, with more than 445 different species in a landscape featuring original pine forests, charrascal and evergreen forests, among others. The biodiversity of the fauna includes more than 90 reported species of birds, 21 of them endemic to Cuba.

The Villa has 29 rooms in two blocks of three and seven rooms, all of them doubles, and 19 rooms in cabins with the peculiarity that each cabin comprises a double room on one side and a quadruple room on the other, or two double rooms, one on each side. One of the cabins has three double Rooms, a shared bathroom, pantry room and lounge, making it ideal accommodation for a family.

These rooms do not require air conditioning thanks to the nature of the microclimate of the location. Two single beds, a private bathroom (or shared in the quadruple rooms consisting of two double rooms with a shared lounge and bathroom), telephone, satellite TV, laundry service, safe, minibar and terrace.
